Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner is an international law firm with 31 offices in 11 countries worldwide. BCLP was formed by a merger between BLP and Bryan Cave back in 2018. Although they are headquartered in the US, they are very much a global firm, as their one-firm structure, international reach and culture of collaboration ensures clients can access integrated, specialist advice wherever they need it. Whilst BCLP is primarily well known for Real Estate in the UK, this is not a compulsory seat for their trainees - trainees can shape their own careers based on their interests, and will be fully supported in this. BCLP also specialise in M&A and corporate finance, business and commercial disputes and energy environment/infrastructure.
